Barrel & Bond is a casual community of women and non-binary folks in craft beverage who are serious about their careers and building better businesses—together. Think of it like a peer group of beverage professionals.

There’s no official agenda or long-term plan (yet), just a shared understanding that this industry needs more space for real talk around business growth, career moves, and mental health—for women and non-binary professionals especially. If that sounds like something you’ve been missing, pull up a chair.
