Barrel & Bond is a casual community of women and non-binary folks in craft beverage who are serious about their careers and building better businesses—together. Think of it more like a peer group instead of an organization.

There’s no long-term plan (yet), just a shared understanding that this industry needs more space for real talk around business growth, career moves, and mental health. If that sounds like something you’ve been missing, pull up a chair.
